چکیده | ||
تورین یک اسید آمینه است که به میزان زیاد در بدن ماهی وجود دارد ولی در ساختار پروتئین شرکت نمیکند. مقدار تورین در منابع گیاهی کم است و استفاده از این منابع در جیره ماهی نیاز به استفاده از تورین در جیره را افزایش میدهد. این ماده دارای نقشهای زیادی در ماهی است که میتوان به متابولیسم چربی، پایداری غشاء سلولی، افزایش ایمنی و بهبود وضعیت آنتی اکسیدانی اشاره کرد. در این مقاله، مطالعات انجام شده روی اثر تورین بر ماهی جمعبندی شده است و نتیجه حاکی از این است که افزودن تورین اثرات مثبتی بر ماهی دارد. همچنین، نتایج مطالعات اخیر نشان میدهد که مقادیر بالای تورین باعث اثر منفی بر رشد و سلامت ماهی میشوند. در مجموع، اثر تورین بر ماهی وابسته به شرایط مختلف است و نوع گونه ماهی و ترکیب جیره غذایی باید مد نظر قرار گیرد؛ زیرا اگرچه افزودن تورین باعث افزایش رشد، بهبود متابولیسم چربی، وضعیت آنتی-اکسیدانی و وضعیت اسمزی میشود، مقادیر بالای تورین باعث کاهش رشد، تضعیف ایمنی، استرس اکسیداتیو و آسیب به کبد میشود. | ||
