چکیده | ||
بهبود سیستم ایمنی و رشد ماهیان از طریق جلبکهای دریایی به جای آنتیبیوتیکها میتواند ایده مناسبی برای آبزیپروری باشد. به این منظور تعداد 240 عدد ماهی تیلاپیای قرمز پس از سازگاری با شرایط آزمایشگاهی در 4 تیمار با سه تکرار تقسیم شده و در ادامه با جیره-های غذایی شامل شاهد (فاقد عصاره)، 1، 2 و 3 درصد عصاره سارگاسوم(Sargassum ilisifulium) به مدت 8 هفته تغذیه شدند. نتایج نشان داد که استفاده از 2 درصد عصاره سارگاسوم باعث افزایش معنیدار شاخصهای رشد (ضریب رشد ویژه، افزایش وزن) و کاهش معنیدار ضریب تبدیل غذایی میشود (05/0P<). کلیه ماهیان تغذیه شده با سطوح مختلف عصاره سارگاسوم دارای پروتئین بیشتر و چربی کمتری در بدن نسبت به گروه شاهد بودند (05/0P<). مقدار پروتئین کل، ایمونوگلوبین و فعالیت لیزوزیم موکوس در ماهیان تغذیه شده با 2 درصد عصاره سارگارسوم بهطور معنیداری از دیگر گروههای آزمایشی بالاتر بود. (05/0P<). در نتیجه استفاده از 2 درصد عصاره خوراکی سارگاسوم جهت بهبود شاخصهای ایمنی و رشد در تغذیه ماهی تیلاپیای قرمز پیشنهاد میشود. | ||
