| سابقه و هدف: از گیاه دارویی اسطوخودوس از خانواده نعناعیان در صنایع مختلف غذایی و دارویی استفادههای متعددی بهعمل میآید. از بین عوامل محیطی، تنش کمبود آب، نقش مهمی در راستای تولید متابولیتهای ثانویه در گیاهان دارویی در مناطق خشک و نیمه خشک از جمله ایران، ایفا مینماید. تنش خشکی نقش زیانآوری بر رشد و عملکرد دارد. این مطالعه در جهت ارزیابی تعدادی از عناصر پرمصرف و کم مصرف بر خصوصیات مورفوفیزیولوزیکی و فیتوشیمیایی گیاه اسطوخودوس فرانسوی در جهت تعیین و معرفی بهترین ترکیب کودی همراه با مصرف سوپرپلیمر جاذب تحت شرایط تنش خشکی انجام شد. مواد و روشها: پژوهش حاضر بهصورت طرح کرتهای دوبار خرد شده در قالب بلوکهای کامل تصادفی با 3 تکرار بصورت گلدانی تحت شرایط مزرعه در مزرعه تحقیقاتی دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی شهرکرد طی سالهای 1402-1403 انجام شد. در این تحقیق سطوح تنش خشکی (D) ]میزان تبخیر از تشت تبخیر کلاس A در سه سطح ظرفیت مزرعه (D1)، 50 درصد (D2) و 75 درصد تخلیه رطوبتی (D3)[ به عنوان کرتهای اصلی، سطوح پلیمر سوپر جاذب (S) ]استفاده (S1) و عدم استفاده (S2)[ در کرتهای فرعی و 15 ترکیب محلولپاشی (F) در کرتهی فرعی فرعی قرار گرفتند. یافتهها: نتایج حاصل از دوسال انجام تحقیق، نشاندهنده اثرگذاری معنیدار تیمارهای مورد استفاده بر صفات مورد ارزیابی بود. بیشترین مقادیر وزن خشک اندام هوایی (55/61 گرم در گیاه)، میزان عنصر روی اندام هوایی (55/69 میکروگرم در گرم وزن خشک)، میزان عنصر آهن اندام هوایی (85/82 میکروگرم در گرم وزن خشک)، کل فنل (39/1 میلیگرم در کیلوگرم وزن تر)، کل کلروفیل (92/2 میلیگرم در گرم وزن تر) و کمترین میزان پرولین (89/10 میکروگرم در کیلوگرم وزن تر) توسط گیاهان تیمار شده با کودهای گرومور بویژه گرومور 1 (20-20-20) در ترکیب با کودهای ریزمغذی آهن و روی بدست آمد. استفاده از نانو سوپرپلیمر جاذب اثرات بسیار مهمی بر مقادیر صفات خصوصاً در زمان تنش خشکی شدید ایجاد نمود. در غالب صفات مورد ارزیابی، گیاهان تیمار شده با کودهای گرومور در یک گروه آماری قرار گرفتند. کمترین مقادیر صفات مورفوفیزیولوژیکی و فیتوشیمیایی از جمله وزن خشک اندام هوایی (12/22 گرم در گیاه)، میزان عنصر روی اندام هوایی (34/28 میکروگرم در گرم وزن خشک)، میزان عنصر آهن اندام هوایی (77/40 میکروگرم در گرم وزن خشک)، کل فنل (29/0 میلیگرم در کیلوگرم وزن تر)، کل کلروفیل (95/1 میلیگرم در گرم وزن تر) و بیشترین میزان پرولین (01/32 میکروگرم در کیلوگرم وزن تر) توسط گیاهانی بوجود آمد که تحت هیچگونه تیمار تغذیهای واقع نشده بودند و از نظر رطوبتی در شرایط تنش رطوبتی شدید واقع شده بودند. در برخی از صفات گیاهان تیمار شده با تیمارهای F12, F13 و F14 تحت شرایط تنش رطوبتی شدید در گروه یکسانی با گیاهان شاهد قرار گرفتند. ترکیبات اصلی اسانس شامل لینالول، لینالیل استات، لیمونن، آلفا-پینن، 1 و 8 سینئول، بورنئول و کامفور (مونوترپنهای حلقوی/الکلی) و بتا-فارنسن، آلفا-بیسابولن و بتا-کاریوفیلن (سزکویی ترپنها) بودند. افزودن کودها بهویژه کود گرومور 1 (20-20-20) به همراه محلولپاشی ریزمغذی آهن و روی منجر به افزایش بیشترین مقادیر در اکثر صفات نسبت به سایر کودهای گرومور مورد بررسی شد. نتیجهگیری: کاربرد کودهای گرومور بویژه گرومور 1 (20-20-20) در ترکیب با ریزمغذیهای آهن و روی، بویژه در شرایط عدم وجود تنش رطوبتی (طرفیت زراعی) به عنوان یکی از راهکارهای مفید در افزایش صفات مورفوفیزیولوژیکی و فیتوشیمیایی گیاه اسطوخودوس مشخص گردید. کاربرد نانوسوپر پلیمر جاذب در شرایط وجود تنش رطوبتی شدید بیش از سایر سطوح تنش رطوبتی مؤثر بود. در مجموع کاربرد کود کامل گرومور 1 (20-20-20) همراه با ریزمغذیهای آهن و روی در جهت ایجاد بالاترین مقادیر صفات مورفوفیزیولوژیکی، فیتوشیمیایی، کمیت و کیفیت اسانس تحت شرایط اقلیمی مشابه برای تحقیقات آینده قابل پیشنهاد است. | ||
