| سابقه و هدف: لایمکوات بهواسطه طعم منحصربهفرد و خواص تغذیهای بالا به یکی از محصولات پرطرفدار در صنایع غذایی و دارویی تبدیل شدهاست. با اینکه کشت لایمکوات در سالهای اخیر رشد قابل توجهی داشته، اما چالشهای اساسی در مدیریت بهینه رشد آن وجود دارد که نیازمند توجه جدی است. مدیریت مؤثر این چالشها میتواند به تولید بیشتر و کیفیت بهتر میوهها منجر شود. از این رو، استفاده از تنظیمکنندههای رشد گیاهی، بهعنوان ابزارهای مؤثر در بهبود مدیریت رشد و توسعه گیاهان، از اهمیت ویژهای برخوردار است. این مطالعه با هدف بررسی اثر کندکنندههای رشد پاکلوبوترازول و یونیکونازول بر صفات رویشی و زایشی لایمکوات انجام شد. مواد و روشها: پژوهش حاضر در یک تونل پلاستیکی بلند تجاری در روستای خرماکلا قائمشهر انجام گردید. درختان لایمکوات 20 ماهه روی پایه سیترنج 35-C انتخاب شدند. گلخانه شامل سه ردیف 20 عددی از درختان لایمکوات بوده و دمای گلخانه در محدوده 22 درجه سانتیگراد و رطوبت نسبی آن در حد 70 درصد تنظیم شد. آزمایش بهصورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی با دو کند کننده رشد پاکلوبوترازول در چهار سطح صفر،300 ، 600 و 900 میلیگرم بر لیتر ماده موثره و یونیکونازول (صفر، 100،10 و 1000 میلیگرم در لیتر) در سه تکرار (هر تکرار یک درخت) بهصورت محلول پاشی انجام گرفت. تیمار در اواسط فروردین و همزمان با شروع اولین جست گیاه پس از انجام هرس دستی (اسفند) بهصورت محلول پاشی برگی در سه مرحله با فاصله ده روز انجام شد. یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد که کاربرد کندکنندههای رشد بهطرز معنیداری موجب کاهش وزنتر و خشک برگ، سطح برگ و در عوض افزایش طول افقی شاخهها گردیدهاست. بهشکلی که کمترین مقادیر این پارامترها در تیمارهایی با پاکلوبوترازول و یونیکونازول مشاهده شد و در تیمار شاهد بیشترین مقادیر ثبت گردید. در زمینه بررسی صفات زایشی، نتایج حاکی از آن بود که کاربرد پاکلوبوترازول بهتنهایی و همچنین در ترکیب با یونیکونازول، باعث افزایش تعداد گلها و میوهها شدهاست. بیشترین تعداد گلها در زمان کاربرد پاکلوبوترازول در غلظت 900 میلیگرم بر لیتر و حداکثر حجم میوهها با کاربرد همزمان پاکلوبوترازول (900 میلیگرم بر لیتر) و یونیکونازول (100 میلیگرم بر لیتر) بهدست آمد. علاوه بر این، تعداد میوهها بهطور قابل توجهی با استفاده از این تنظیمکنندهها افزایش یافت؛ در واقع نتایج نشاندهنده تأثیر مثبت این ترکیبات بر محصول بود. نتیجهگیری: در مجموع، نتایج این مطالعه نشان داد، کاربرد کندکنندههای رشد میتواند منجر به کاهش صفات رویشی و در عوض بهبود صفات زایشی در لایمکوات گلخانهای شود. استفاده از غلظت 900 میلیگرم بر لیتر از پاکلوبوترازول و غلظت 100 میلیگرم بر لیتر از یونیکونازول نهتنها به گسترش تاج گیاه کمک کرده، بلکه تأثیر مثبتی بر تولید گل و میوه نیز دارد. این یافتهها میتواند بهعنوان یک راهکار مؤثر برای بهینهسازی کشت لایمکوات و بهبود عملکرد این گیاه در شرایط مختلف کشت مورد استفاده قرار گیرد. | ||
