| سابقه و هدف: بسیاری از گیاهان دارویی در زیر تاج پوشش درختان جنگلی رشد میکنند و در برابر سایه مقاوم هستند، بنابراین میتوان با استفاده از روش جنگل زراعی، یک راهبرد مناسب و کاربردی را برای ترویج کشت و حفاظت از آنها ارائه داد. نظام جنگل زراعی یکی از نظامهای کاربری زمین است که بر ویژگیهای فیزیکی، شیمیایی و پویایی خاک تأثیر میگذارد و پایداری کشاورزی را نیز حفظ میکند. تحقیقات کمی در مورد بهرهوری نظامهای جنگل زراعی، بهویژه با گیاهان دارویی و معطر به عنوان محصولات زیرکشت درختان صنوبر انجام شده است. بر این اساس در پژوهش حاضر، مقایسه میزان رشد، عملکرد و اجزای عملکرد بابونه در کشت خالص و تلفیقی با صنوبر در شرایط کرج مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. مواد و روشها: این مطالعه به مدت پنج سال متوالی از سالهای 1395 تا 1399 با هدف ارزیابی عملکرد و اسانس گیاه دارویی بابونه آلمانی (Matricaria recutita L.) در کشت تلفیقی با درختان صنوبر انجام شد. گیاه دارویی بابونه در اواخر پاییز 1396 در مزرعه ایستگاه تحقیقاتی البرز، بین ردیفهای نهالهای یکنواخت صنوبر اورامریکن کلن 92/40 (Populus euramericana) مورد کاشت قرار گرفت. نهالهای صنوبر در اسفند ماه 1395 به فاصله 4×3 متر، کاشته شده بودند. طرح آماری این تحقیق تیتست جفت شده با 2 تیمار شامل (بابونه با صنوبر و تککشتی بابونه) در سه قطعه آزمایشی و 6 تکرار در هر قطعه بود. بذرهای بابونه در پنج ردیف به طول 21 متر و با فواصل 50 سانتیمتر بین ردیف و با فاصله 10 سانتیمتر روی ردیف در عمق 2 سانتیمتری خاک کشت شدند و بلافاصله آبیاری مزرعه انجام گرفت. در طی هر فصل رویش، نهالهای صنوبر هر هفته یکبار تا اواخر آبانماه و گیاه بابونه تا اوایل شهریور (قبل از بذردهی) آبیاری شدند. سپس متغیرهای عملکرد و اجزای عملکرد بابونه، غلظت کلروفیل و کاروتنوئید، بازده و عملکرد اسانس، درصد تراکم سایهاندازی درختان هر ساله و محتوای کربن خاک در دو عمق مختلف با اندازهگیری درصد کربن آلی و وزن مخصوص ظاهری خاک در سال پایانی محاسبه شدند. یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد که متغیرهای ارتفاع گیاه، تعداد گل در بوته، قطر گل، عملکرد بذر و تعداد ساقه اصلی اختلاف معنیدار آماری را در همه سالهای مورد مطالعه نشان دادند و در سالهای اول و دوم، بیشترین مقدار این متغیرها در کشت تلفیقی نسبت به کشت خالص وجود داشت. مقادیر کلروفیل a، کلروفیل b و کلروفیل کل برگ در سالهای دوم و سوم برداشت در کشت خالص بیشتر از کشت تلفیقی بود. مقایسه میانگینها نشان داد که کشت تلفیقی در سال اول با 78/0 درصد بالاترین مقدار اسانس و در سال سوم با 41/0 درصد کمترین میزان تولید اسانس را بهدلیل کاهش میزان نور دریافتی داشته است. کشت تلفیقی در سال اول با 02/451 کیلوگرم در هکتار بالاترین عملکرد اسانس و در سال سوم با 03/116 کیلوگرم در هکتار کمترین میزان عملکرد اسانس را داشته است. در سال سوم برداشت، میزان نور دریافتی در ماههای رویش در کشت تلفیقی بسیار کاهش یافت بهطوری که تراکم سایهاندازی درختان صنوبر روی محصول زیرکشت بابونه به میزان 5/64 درصد محاسبه شد. اثر اصلی نوع کشت و عمق خاک و اثر متقابل این دو عامل بر میزان محتوای کربن آلی خاک معنیدار شده است و بیشترین مقدار آن در کشت تلفیقی در عمق 60-30 سانتیمتری به دست آمده است. نتیجهگیری: بر اساس نتایج تحقیق حاضر تا دو سال امکان کشت بابونه در زیر تاج درختان صنوبر اورامریکن وجود دارد و در سال سوم به شدت کاهش نور روی عملکرد محصول تأثیر منفی گذاشته است و اگر شرایط آزمایش مانند شرایط محیطی، نوع گونه صنوبر و تراکم تاج پوشش تغییر نماید مدت زمان کاشت گونه بابونه در نظام جنگل زراعی نیز تغییر میکند. | ||
