| سابقه و هدف: امروزه تنش خشکی یکی از بزرگترین تهدیدهایی است که در بسیاری از نقاط جهان بشر با آن مواجه است. تنش خشکی با عدم تعادل مواد غذایی و تولید گونههای فعال اکسیژن همراه است که منجر به کاهش رشد و عملکرد گیاهان زراعی میشود. بررسیها نشان میدهد کاربرد خارجی اسید آسکوربیک بهطور قابلتوجهی اثرات بازدارنده تنش خشکی را بر رشد و متابولیسم گیاه بهبود میبخشد. با توجه به اهمیت تنش کمآبی این پژوهش جهت بررسی اثر اسید آسکوربیک بر برخی صفات دانه ذرت در شرایط زمان قطع آبیاری مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. مواد و روش: این پژوهش در مزرعه آموزشی شماره یک دانشگاه علوم کشاورزی و منابع طبیعی گرگان در سال 1397 بر روی ذرت رقم سینگل کراس 704 (SC704) تحت شرایط تنش خشکی به صورت آزمایش اسپیلت پلات در قالب طرح بلوکهای کامل تصادفی با 3 تکرار و 2 فاکتور انجام شد. تیمارهای آزمایش شامل: 1- تنش خشکی در 3 سطح (آبیاری کامل (بدون تنش)، و قطع آبیاری از مرحله شیری (تنش متوسط)، قطع آبیاری از مرحله ابریشمدهی (تنش شدید) 2- مقادیر مختلف اسید آسکوربیک در 7 سطح 0، 50، 100، 150، 200، 250 و 300 میلیگرم در لیتر بود. محلولپاشی در دو مرحله 6 برگی و ابریشمدهی انجام شد. در این پژوهش صفات، رنگیزههای فتوسنتزی شامل کلروفیلa، کلروفیل b در مرحله رویشی و زایشی، نشت الکترولیت، محتوای نسبی آب برگ، ارتفاع بوته، درصد پروتئین دانه، عملکرد زیستی و عملکرد دانه مورد بررسی و اندازهگیری قرار گرفت. تجزیهوتحلیل دادههای حاصل از آزمایش با استفاده از نرمافزار SAS و آزمون LSD صورت گرفت. یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد اثر متقابل کاربرد اسید آسکوربیک و زمان قطع آبیاری بر کلروفیل b در مرحله رویشی و زایشی، نشت الکترولیت، محتوای نسبی آب برگ، ارتفاع بوته، درصد پروتئین دانه، عملکرد زیستی و عملکـرد دانـه معنیدار شد. بیشترین عملکرد دانه در هنگام آبیاری کامل و قطع آبیاری از مرحله شیری در تیمار 150 میلیگرم در لیتر اسید آسکوربیک (به ترتیب برابر با 0/9678 و 1/9090 کیلوگرم در هکتار) بدست آمد و در هنگام قطع آبیاری از مرحله ابریشم دهی در کاربرد 300 میلیگرم در لیتر اسید آسکوربیک معادل 0/7395 مشاهده شد. در بررسی میزان کلروفیل، قطع آبیاری به تنهایی سبب کاهش این تیمار شد. همچنین نتایج بررسی میزان نشت الکترولیت و هدایت الکتریکی نشان داد کاربرد اسید آسکوربیک باعث افزایش در محتوای نسبی آب برگ و همچنین کاهش در نشت الکترولیتها شد و محلولپاشی اسید آسکوربیک تا حدودی توانست اثرات مخرب ناشی از قطع آبیاری را کاهش دهد. نتیجهگیری: نتایج نشان داد تنش خشکی سبب کاهش تیمارهای رنگیزههای فتوسنتزی، محتوای نسبی آب برگ، عملکرد دانه، عملکرد زیستی، تعداد دانه در بلال، درصد پروتئین دانه، ارتفاع بوته شد که محلولپاشی اسید آسکوربیک توانست تا حد زیادی از اثرات شدید و مخرب تنش جلوگیری کند. به طورکلی بر اساس نتایج این آزمایش میتوان از دز مناسب اسید آسکوربیک برای کاهش اثر تنش خشکی بر صفات ذکر شده و بخصوص عملکرد دانه و عملکرد زیستی استفاده کرد. کلمات کلیدی: تنش خشکی، زمان قطع آبیاری، اسید آسکوربیک، کلروفیل، عملکرد دانه | ||
